Planning submission for the proposed mixed use redevelopment of the former St George’s Primary School site, within the Park Street and Brandon Hill Conservation Area in Bristol.
The proposals comprise a new block of 9no. one and two bedroom residential apartments, together with the refurbishment of the existing former chapel building to provide 3no. commercial office units.
The form and massing of the new apartment building seeks to continue and enhance the Queen’s Parade street scene, complementing the surrounding listed building assets within a prominent location at the foot of Brandon Hill in the centre of Bristol.
