METHUEN PARK PHASE 2 - PLANNING PERMISSION GRANTED

Planning permission has been granted for the construction of 3 self-contained commercial units on land to the south of Methuen Park, Chippenham.

The accommodation for Unit 1 has been sized for local builders’ merchants Kellaway Building Supplies as they seek to expand their operations, with the two smaller units designed to suit a range of potential users and to promote collaborative working.

The scheme completes the second phase of development on the previously vacant site, following the completion in 2022 of Ashville Court comprising 20 commercial units.
