Planning approval granted at Mid Devon District Council Committee by unanimous vote for the proposed redevelopment of the Wellparks Farm site in Crediton, for GPG Developments.
The former farmhouse and barns are to be converted to create 17 open market residential units, whilst on the adjacent land a further 14 open market residential units and 5,400 sqft of commercial space will be constructed.
The residential conversion will rejuvenate the historic buildings currently falling into ruin, whilst the commercial element aims to provide flexible employment accommodation to attract businesses to the area and maximise the potential of a vacant site.
