18th Century Stable Conversion
Recently completed redevelopment of the Grade II Listed stable block designed by Robert Mylne in 1763 for Kings Weston House.
The project aims to reinstate the aesthetic of the original stable doors and, together with the construction of 2 rear wing extensions, provide 10no. mews houses.
Most recently used as an administrative centre for Avon & Somerset Police, consent to change to residential use was granted in 2009. Following discussions with English Heritage, the scheme proposals were reviewed by Angus Meek Architects and a revised planning application was approved in 2013.
