HARBOUR CRESCENT PHASE II - ON SITE

Work is progressing on site for the construction of 93 contemporary apartments at Harbour Crescent in Portishead, arranged in two blocks of four storeys on top of integrated undercroft parking at ground floor level.

This is the second phase of development situated on the edge of the Portishead Business Centre; Phase I is the now-completed office to residential conversion delivering 22 units under permitted development.

The development offers a key opportunity to reinforce the positive effect and change to this neighbourhood that will be brought about by the reinstatement of the adjacent Portishead railway.

The site layout places built form to the perimeter of the developable area which maximises the available area of contiguous open space that can be provided proportionately to the development.
