Work is now complete on the Harbour Crescent Phase I permitted development for conversion of an existing commercial building into residential accommodation.
The development delivers 22 self contained apartments and features private garden areas to rear ground floor flats, upper floor balconies and allocated parking with communal refuse and cycle storage dedicated to this development.
External fenestration seeks to pick up on linear harbour architecture to work with the curved form and provide a restrained but colourful exterior with a flowing pattern of windows and coloured render panels.
