FORMER SPEEDWELL SWIMMING BATHS - WORK PROGRESSES ON SITE

Work continues on site with Crossman Build Ltd and Yarlington Housing Group for the redevelopment of Speedwell Swimming Baths to provide 31 new one and two bedroom apartments, including 4 affordable units.

The in-situ concrete frame is now complete, with glazing and SFS infill to external walls now progressing, together with the installation of lower floor internal partitions and first fix services.

The SFS fourth floor and roof structure is due to commence shortly.
