Student-led Mixed Use Redevelopment

Planning application submitted on behalf of Red Oak Property for the redevelopment of the site situated between Moon Street and Stokes Croft at the southern end of the Stokes Croft area of Bristol.

The proposals include the delivery of 190 student bedrooms arranged in clusters on the upper floors, together with flexible commercial space on the ground floor.

The proposals would make a positive contribution to the local street scene, providing a new active frontage with accommodation suited to support local business needs.

The proposals aim to enhance the Conservation Area with a contemporary design, developed in close collaboration with heritage consultants, to reflect the attributes and essence of the historic grain of this important part of the city.
