Residential Development
Following a successful planning application, work is now complete for 15 new dwellings which provide a mix of accommodation in the form of 12no. 4 bedroom houses and 3no. 1 bedroom bungalows to suit local housing needs and market conditions.
The street scenes have been developed to show a development that is reflective of the surrounding area aesthetic. The proposal utilises brick quoins, pitched roofs and porches, surrounded by a soft landscape scheme, which builds upon the existing diverse ecology of the site.
The site topography allows for the majority of dwellings to take advantage of the views across the site and beyond whilst the layout has been arranged and dwellings orientated to minimise overlooking into the adjacent surrounding properties.
