BRIDGWATER GATEWAY - PLANNING APPLICATION APPROVED

Commercial Estate Development

The first phase of Angus Meek Architects' involvement at the Bridgwater Gateway commercial development has received planning permission.

The approved plans for Plots 1102–1104, located adjacent to the estate’s A38 entrance, include a Greggs drive-thru bakery, a Domino’s restaurant, and dedicated EV charging facilities - providing a major boost to the site’s roadside amenities and supporting the region’s growing EV infrastructure.

Set within 100 acres overlooking Junction 24 of the M5, Bridgwater Gateway is a significant mixed-use development designed to deliver long-term sustainability and economic growth to the area.

Angus Meek Architects looks forward to assisting the construction of the approved scheme and continuing to collaborate with the Bridgwater Gateway team to bring forward future plots for a diverse range of commercial occupiers as the wider masterplan unfolds.
