Following a successful reserved matters planning submission, construction work has begun on site with Devon Contractors for a new KFC drive thru’ unit at Westpark 26, Wellington.
The development aims to provide around 30 new jobs for the local area and includes the added benefit of a bank of electric vehicle charging points to be facilitated by GRIDSERVE Sustainable Energy Limited.
The building, due for completion early in 2024, is the latest development by Angus Meek Architects on behalf of Summerfield Commercial at the circa 40-acre mixed-use business park.
