Construction work with Devon Contractors, on behalf of GPG Developments, has reached completion for the third and final phase of flexible employment accommodation at Bradninch, between Exeter and Cullompton.
The development includes 6 separate blocks totalling circa 60,000 ft² of floor space, sub-divided into a total of 51 small units for B1/B2 and B8 usage. The layout provides the opportunity to combine adjoining units and deliver a wide variety of building footprints.
