Approved Reserved Matters planning application for the construction of a new nursery building for Happy Days Nurseries, as part of the North Yate New Neighbourhood development.
The site lies within the Yate Meadows Character Area of the approved wider Neighbourhood masterplan, and as such the design responds to the various elements of the Design Code including Strategic Framework, Green Infrastructure, Urban Structure and Architectural Character & Materials.
