Planning permission has been granted for the redevelopment of the former dairy site in Ashton, Bristol to provide 40 residential units, including affordable housing.
The accommodation will provide a mixed use as a regeneration to complement the recently commenced Brewery site development to the north.
Employment space, family townhouses and apartments are arranged providing legible street frontages, a new public access through to Greville Smyth Park, with garden space and parking provision on site for residents.
