Angus Meek Architects continues to work with Summerfield Developments to deliver further plots at the circa 40 acre Westpark 26 business park near Wellington, Somerset.
Following a successful planning application, a new generation, 140 seater McDonald’s drive thru’ restaurant was completed at the end of 2020.
In addition, planning permission has recently been secured on a neighbouring plot for a new 12,402 sq ft industrial building, Block C, which is to be sub-divided into four trade counter units. Construction will get underway in July 2021, with completion expected in December 2021.
On the remaining, adjacent plots, a planning application has been submitted for the 10,288 sq ft Block D industrial unit, with the 3,750 sq ft Block E planning application to follow in due course.
