Planning application with Listed Building Consent submitted to Mid Devon District Council for the redevelopment of the existing complex of farm buildings at Wellparks, Crediton to form 18 residential dwellings, together with 4 new commercial units on adjacent land.
The residential proposals look to rejuvenate the historic buildings currently falling into ruin, whilst the commercial element aims to provide flexible employment accommodation to attract business to the area and maximise the potential of a vacant site.
