Planning application submitted for proposed enhancements to the existing Electron building at Windmill Hill Business Park, Swindon.
The works aim to modernise this self-contained premises to create a new double height entrance foyer leading through to an opened-up central atrium providing fully flexible floor plates capable of subdivision.
The proposal improves the external approach and legibility of the main entrance with enhanced external seating, areas, electric charge points and improved cycle and changing facilities.
