Planning application submitted for a proposal to convert the longstanding vacant commercial unit at The Square, Cheswick Village in North Bristol, to provide purpose built, 50 bed student accommodation within close proximity to the UWE campus.

A mix of shared and studio apartments have been accommodated within the shell of the existing building utilising the volume to provide two floors of accommodation.
