Planning permission has been secured for the construction of 20no. new 1 to 4-bedroom dwellings including 7no. affordable homes at this site in the Monkerton area of Exeter.
The site was acquired by Halsall Homes with outline planning permission for 17no. dwellings and working with Exeter Planning Authority the site capacity has been increased to 20no. dwellings through a new full planning application.
Angus Meek Architects is continuing to work with Halsall Homes and Stonewater Developments to progress the technical design and construction stages of the project with the sale of the first units expected in the summer of 2021.
