Supported Living Scheme
Following a successful planning application, work has commenced on site for the proposed alterations and change of use from C2 to C3(b) of Morley House, Bishopston, Bristol, on behalf of the supported living provider, Freeways.
During an initial feasibility exercise, a range of redevelopment configurations for the property were considered to determine the most viable layout for the charity’s ongoing use.
The consented proposals comprises 6no. self-contained supported living flatlets, together with a shared communal living area and staff facilities.
