Construction work has reached completion for the restoration and conversion of Olympia House to provide 26 residential units comprising one, two and three bedroom apartments.
The scheme includes demolition of the existing single storey buildings to the rear, creating a generous courtyard with landscaping and parking, and the addition of a two storey new build along the southern boundary.
