Planning permission granted for the redevelopment of a former bank site to provide a total of 8no. 1 and 2 bedroom apartments.

The vacant premises has proven to be unviable as a commercial location for office or retail use and therefore it became necessary to investigate acceptable change of use to avoid potential extended vacant status and enable the site to provide a positive contribution to the neighbourhood.

The design solution entails a residential scheme to help meet the growing accommodation needs of this popular area.
