Outline Application for up to 94 dwellings providing family sized 2, 3 and 4 bed units, together with 105,000 sqft of Mixed Use Light Industrial (B1 / B2 / B8) accommodation.
The proposals are being submitted by joint applicants West of England Developments and Summerfield Developments (SW) Ltd. and aim to make the best use of the land in the context of providing Wiveliscombe with housing to help meet its current demand.
The scheme proposes to deliver the full 25% affordable housing provision as per the Taunton Deane SPD.
